On day one...

1. Listing is received and entered in MLS. Realtors across Arizona will then have immediate access to your listing.
2. Photos are taken of the property and are submitted to MLS. These photos will also be placed on the "realtor.com" website within 5 business days or less.
3. A lock box is placed on the house. This allows for easier showings.

On day two...

1. Home is listed on multiple websites including: arizonahomes.org, homesarizona.org, azentral.com, cyberhomes.com, loopnet.com, wsj.com, elandusa.com, homeadvisor.com, excaliburrealestate.com, golfcourse.com, landnet.com. Over 80% of all buyers search the web prior to going out and looking at a property. (Statistics provided by National Association of Realtors). We are consistently displayed in the top 10 of the search engines, which allows us to have numerous hits each day.
2. The sign will be ordered and installed within 2 business days.
3. I will begin creating a flyer of the home that will be made available to all potential buyers.
4. An Office Tour is ordered. This is a time where 30-50 of the top agents will be given a tour of your home, so they are able to communicate to their buyer what your home has to offer.

On day three...

1. Arrangments are being made to distribute 1000 postcards in the immediate area. These cards are sent out in your area so that neighbors can spread the word to friends, family, and business associates.
2. A home warranty is put on your home by C.N.A.

On day 4...

1. Discussions are held as to the best time to conduct an open house.

End of week one...

A progress report is discussed with you. You will always be kept informed of all activity and progress made on your property.

In week two...

Advertising has been discussed and plans made to support an open house. Advertisement will be placed in the Arizona Republic and other local newspapers.

Also, during week 2 "Just Listed" cards will go out to all agents and a progress report will be completed. The purpose of a progress report is to create discussion on all the activiy that has taken place, discuss when an open house will be held and keeps as working as a team.

In week three...

We will continue to advertise until the property is sold. A progress report will be completed so that you will be kept up to date.
